There is a Romanian member in the EE subforums, but he's been out lately, maybe he has some better pics.
anyway, just like Sofia, not much of a skyline, but it's a bigger city, and has a couple of office buildings, and I like the architecture.
Even though this is old I still want to put my input in. From first hand experiance I will say that this city is kind of slummy adn that these pictures are of the few nice buildings in the city. THe place is really kind of poor and I left after being their for a day for *thinks* Istanbul I think...anyway thats not important. I was extremely unimpressed by the city, although from the train the country side was very beautiful. I heard that it is cheeper in ROmania to wallpaper your house with the Romanian currency than it is to actually buy wallpaper
