Thank you for posting. This is a good video, although it made me a bit dizzy. What is the status if this and do you know if it will be served by transit? When I lived in Orange Co., Beach Blvd was mostly an uninspiring stretch of strip malls and car dealerships, so this is exciting to see.

I hope this actually ends up looking like that video. Let's hope they can actually lure in businesses like the ones they promote there, I wouldn't enjoy a fancier looking, outdoor version of the buena park mall.
