Buffalo's secret neighborhood

Agassiz Circle in Buffalo is really part of the Parkside neighborhood by was separated in the 50's by construction of the 198 expressway. It is also bordered by Forest Lawn Cemetery and a College. It has some nice architecture lots of trees, and narrow streets that give it the feeling of an enclave. It almost feels like a lake side vacation town. Take a look.

nice little neighborhood...according to county records, looks like the houses on Agassiz Circle go for about $300k-400k.
VERY NICE
Very nice indeed. What a gem.
That's a nice neighborhood with great houses.

I see Agassiz Circle on the map, but where is the neighborhood located? East of the circle, near the Sisters of Charity Hospital? South of the Scajaquada Expressway, near Delavan Avenue? Somewhere else that I am not mentioning?

It is a great looking collection of streets! definitely wouldn't mind living there.

one can dream.
Looks more like a small town in a big city. Another jewel hidden in the city of Buffalo.
