So, it's half way through 2014. The feeling is that development activity is picking up somewhat, but is this true? I thought I'd tweak things so we get a better idea of what has started on site this year, as well as stuff that has rolled over from 2013.

Feel free to suggest additions and I'll add to the OP.

It's better you've set it out this way because we see see the progress made more easily. I'd say the Mersey Gateway is most definitely on site though, that will need moving, I'll have a think about some of the other stuff.

St. Hilda's is on-site, with steelwork flying up.

It's a solid list, showing we have plenty going on. Reading through though, there are a few names that it would be nice if we could get some recent news, such as King's Dock Mill Phase 2, which has been quiet for a long time.

Considering it's only over six months and the scale of some of the developments I think we're doing more than alright. As you say though, I'd love to hear more on certain developments, Cunard building CLT conversion is a biggie for me.

Are the two developments on the site of Wirral Waters on your list or have I overlooked them?
A couple of them developments in the anticipated section although not on site have moved on this year so that's a positive we can take from that list, and I can see a few stand out developments that I feel have gone quiet which is obviously not so good. I'm happy with the progress we're making at present though, we're never going to be totally happy but I can feel we are making progress.

Cheers. I like doing them to remind myself where we're headed. It's also handy ammo against Liverpool Naysayers.

I don't keep track of Wirral schemes are avidly, so I'm probably missing a few.

Speaking of new developments though. There was a lot of scaffolding up around the Tesco/Sports Direct on Parker St. Could this be for the upper-floor apart/hotel proposal?

EDIT: cripes. Can't be. LCC refused it. Bizarre. Details&PUBLIC=Y&XMLSIDE=&DAURI=PLANNING

Clayton Square shopping centre refurbishment and the 12 Tithebarn Street / 40,000 sq.ft refurbishment are now on site. Copperas Hill, the Clatterbridge Cancer Centre, One Park Lane, the Halton Curve, Eldon Grove, WW office block, Wirral Metropolitan College need adding now too.
