Due to its proximity to Metro Manila, Bulacan is one of the provinces with booming construction industries, but unfortunately, the province doesn't have its own thread so I decided to make a thread for my home province.

"Alvarado said a Rome/Italy-inspired commercial center, which will be called “Bulacan Mega City Pandi Economic Zone”, will soon be built that will be funded by the Chinese investors.
...
The ecozone that will rise in Pandi town will house a Philippine international outlet store, shopping mall, techno hub, factory outlets, industrial factories, warehouses and call centers. Construction will start on the first quarter of 2019.
“The Bulacan economic team has persuaded the governor of Hunan, China for PHP50-billion private investments which also include the MRT alignment project from San Jose del Monte City to Balagtas, NLEX toll exit for the town of Pandi and Balagtas, and infrastructure projects for the international airport proposed to be set up in Bulakan town, among others,” he said.
Fernando said the future business venture will result in urbanization of the municipalities of Pandi, Balagtas and Bocaue, which will merge as one city, making the province of Bulacan a hub of industrialization and a model of inclusive economic growth.
Roque said the future development “will also connect the MRT 7 Pandi-San Jose Del Monte City-Trinoma Railway that will not only aid in generating jobs but will help in boosting the developing industry in the province through its ease of access and speedy transportation”."

FIVE REASONS WHY OPTING TO LIVE IN BALIWAG BULACAN IS A SMART MOVE:

Multiple ways to travel to and from Baliwag

From North Luzon Expressway (NLEX), you can take an exit through Tabang, Sta. Rita or Pulilan Toll Plaza. The current Plaridel Bypass Road also makes travel time to Baliwag a breeze, while the creation of the Pulilan-Baliuag Bypass brings more business to the area as it connects the municipality to NLEX. Such routes and ease of travel give you quick access to your place of work or your children’s schools in the metro.

Convenience is a ride away
Whenever you need groceries or any supplies, everything is simply a ride away as commercial establishments and a major mall has set-up shop in Baliwag. You also have access to places of worship hospitals, service providers, and government offices. If you have children who are going to college, you need not worry about sending them off to Manila to get a quality education as the municipality has big universities including Baliuag University and the recently opened National University.

You’re close to nature
Imagine the calm and serenity you’ll enjoy when surrounded by greenery that instantly relaxes anyone, and this is especially something to look forward to after a long day at work or school. Baliwag is actually a peaceful, clean, and friendly community tucked in lush spaces that allow your kids to have the taste of life that is much simpler and laidback – something a crowded metropolis can’t offer.

The local economy is getting more vibrant
Job and business opportunities are also on the rise in Baliwag to further sweeten the quality of living in this flourishing Bulacan municipality. According to the local government’s official site, attractive incentives are on the way of the investors that will be putting up their business in Baliwag.

There’s a space to fit every family
Whether you are newlyweds dreaming of having a baby and eventually make it three or have a brood of five growing kids who need their own personal space, Baliwag Bulacan has the ideal house and lot options for your family to grow in a life full of harmony; not to mention that this property also sits cheek by jowl with all your daily conveniences. Spacious common areas, comfortable bedrooms, and perhaps even your own backyard – dream it, find it, and build it. And when early nesters invest in their dream house now, it’s definitely wiser to purchase it five years down the line. Baliwag is looking very good to families who want to have their own space to have fun, grow, and enjoy their time together, but away from the anxiety of being in the city.
