1 Mill street, er Pure Spirit will at least add a little bit of high rise
atmosphere to the now derelict east side. I know some people
dont like idea of point tower beside Gooderham & Worts distillery
But personally, I dont see the reason why some high rise wouldn't
be erected there.

20 Stewart and 10 Market Street look like really great infill projects.

Does 311 Adelaide include that 1960's slab component, or is that just a building that's behind the site? I say that because the bottom part looks good, while the top portion looks terrible.

88 on Broadway has a nice podium as well.

But it is hard to say much else with such small renders.

Offcourse it includes the top part of the building, it won't look complete without it. It's not that bad looking, it has potential to look like MoZo. :cheers:
