Well, for now at least, Busan has one 300m+ building, and Seoul has none. I've also got to say, subjectively, Busan has a better skyline; Seoul sort of doesn't have a skyline at allhno:.

But Seoul has more 200m+ buildings.
More importantly, Seoul has many highrise clusters, for example, Yeiodo, Mokdong, Gangam and Central area while Busan mainly have one distictive cluster, Haeundae.

Anyway, I don't want to make it city VS city anymore.
