This is a longstanding project, planned and U/C since the early 00's, and the first phase was opened recently. It should make as big a difference as Cairo's current ring road.

Construction work in Giza's desert plateau (far beyond the Pyramids area; don't worry!)- this portion would join طريق الفيوم with the far side of مدينة أكتوبر and finally مدينة السادات.

I have to be honest with you I'm upset about the retarded road markings and short slip roads but still - this should be an excellent road when complete.

Isn't it a bit too big? I mean if they're having this big, you might as well have 3 ring roads otherwise if the inner ring road is going to be heavy on traffic b/c people won't simply go all the way to the boarders of greater cairo. Also in your first pic I see a 2x2 lanes I think it's best to keep it at least 3x3 if not 4x4 (Services lane)

It's intended as a relief road to keep traffic away from Cairo - so in that sense, it's not too big

تنفيذ عدة محاور أهمها «جوزيف تيتو» و«الفريق الشاذلي» إضافة إلى تقاطع ضخم لتحقيق السيولة المرورية بمنطقة سوق العبور عند مدخل القاهرة
ازدواج وتوسيع طريق جنيفة وهو طريق عسكري موازي لطريق السويس تقريبا
تطوير طريق القاهرة-السويس حتى مدينة بدر ليصبح ۳ حارات وطبان في كل اتجاه - في المقطع أدناه بداية من الدقيقة ۹
القوس الجنوبي الشرقي من الطريق الدائري الإقليمي باتساع ٤ حارات وطبان
فيستطيع المسافر الآن استعمال هذا الطريق ليصل إلى طريق الفيوم من طريق الصعيد الغربي والشرقي وطريق العين السخنة وطريق السويس - والمصور بالمقطع أدناه بداية من الدقيقة ۱۰

بجانب محاور عديدة في القاهرة الكبرى (مثلا ۲٦ يوليو)ـ

وطرق مزدوجة بوجه بحري والبحر الأحمر في حالة سيئة وبحاجة للتطوير لكنها سريعة

كما تم الانتهاء من طريق بري يربط مصر بالسودان ولكن لم يفتتح في انتظار أن يتمم الجانب السوداني بناء جانبه من المعبر الجمركي

This should appease the traffic zone surrounding Cairo. Egypt still needs a metropolitan road connecting all cities. Alot of drivers are complaining about it.

Good to see, we need some serious highway systems, but again let's hope that there actually are plans to do regular maintenance on the road system as whole really. It would help if there is a fixed budget for road maintenance. (Do we have road tax in Egypt?)

Also the reason why the reports are identical is b/c it's not done by an independent/freelancer reporter, do you actually think that our channels would invest in acquiring a specialist reports? Bro please look at their guest list for a start :lol:
