I don't recall seeing this in the forum. It looks like a sleek, progressive project by great NW architects, and heck if it clears out one more parking lot - all the better.

I hope each section has different colors. I will be pretty disappointed if this is a grayish or blueish glass building. How about some bold colors or at least a nice variety of complementing colors between the different sections?

Cold Stone at 2nd and Pike is gone, thank God. Mae Phim, best cheap Thai food in the city, just opened their 2nd location there. And unlike the original location (open only until 7 pm) this one is open until 9 pm, and free delivery downtown! I'm stoked.
