Merci pour le partage.

Il s'agit du Parc Sindibad et de l'espace l'entourant. Actuellement il y a quelques bidonvilles. J'avoue que la marina à la place du mausolée (ou à côté) de Sidi Machin a de la gueule mais à pas de chance de voir le jour.

Great! But I like Sidi Abderrahmane more

They should focus on the parc itself only instead of involving the coast, because the coast is beautiful enough as it is.

I would say: keep the park masterplan for Sindibad, but move the tower complex and marina to El Hank! Just an idea :cheers:

The tower looks wonderful but not in the park put that in Downtown Casablanca El hank or La marina

There is also a project in El Hank.

The tower is not in the park, but in the Marina. Casa needs a 2nd Marina. The firts is too small, and will be full very fast.

I reaaly belive that Morocco mall will encourage more project in this area.

The plan showed in this thread is one masterplan, consisting of a marina/tower complex at sea and a theme park at Sindibad.

Anyway, this thread is just a proposal plan that didn't make it... I thought there was already another approved plan for Sindibad (http://www.skyscrapercity.com/showthread.php?t=989183), so we can forget this one.

I could be wrong, but there isn't any project confirmed yet for El Hank. The proposals for El Hank I've seen untill now are not very special.

This project seems to be unrealist. But maybe it could happened, without Sindibad area.

When we konw that Morocco mall aquarium will be the biggest oh north hemisphere, now we can expect everything from Casa.
