This is a hotel. Several levels above ground now and should increase relatively quickly, as footprint not that large.

I love Adelaide's mid rise density, imagine the entire CBD was dense and vibrant and lively, would be an amazing walkable city of the future. So much potential to be Australia's densest inner city/CBD area.
