Projet d’Arrêté portant affectation de terrain au Ministère de l’Economie et des Finances, chargé de l’Industrie pour le Centre d’Excellence et d’Incubation de l'Entrepreneuriat
Le Projet d’Arrêté a pour objet l’affectation d’une parcelle de terrain d’une superficie de 14.240 m² destinée à l’implantation d’un Centre d’Excellence et d’Incubation de l' Entrepreneuriat.
Ce Centre d’incubation est une structure d’accompagnement de projets de création d’entreprises notamment dans le domaine industriel. Il sera le lieu d’éclosion d’unités de très petites, petites et moyennes entreprises et industries.
Ce Centre aura pour mission de contribuer à la promotion et au développement de entrepreneuriat à travers l’acquisition d’un savoir faire et de compétence.
Ce projet s’inscrit dans le cadre de la politique d’implantation de projet pouvant accroître la part de production industrielle dans notre PIB.

The purpose of the Draft By-law is to allocate a plot of land of 14,240 m² intended for the establishment of a Center of Excellence and Incubation of Entrepreneurship.
This incubation center is a support structure for business creation projects, particularly in the industrial field. It will be the place to hatch units of very small, medium and small businesses and industries.
The Center's mission will be to contribute to the promotion and development of entrepreneurship through the acquisition of know-how and skills.
This project is part of the project implementation policy that can increase the share of industrial production in our GDP.

DJIBOUTI, 11 avril (Xinhua) -- Le gouvernement djiboutien a donné mardi son feu vert pour la création du Centre d'entreprenariat et du leadership (CEL) qui sera chargé de soutenir et de faciliter le développement de l'entreprenariat et du secteur privé dans le pays.
Selon un communiqué de la présidence djiboutienne, le CEL aura notamment pour mission d'assurer la coordination des acteurs engagés dans la promotion des activités d'appui à l'entrepreneuriat.
Il vise également à offrir des opportunités de croissance aux entreprises et ambitionne de renforcer ses capacités de leadership pour servir de plateforme d'échange d'informations entre les secteurs privés et publics.
"Cette structure va permettre de répondre aux nouvelles orientations politiques en matière de soutien à l'entreprenariat et deviendra un centre de référence ainsi qu'un levier du développement", a déclaré dans un point de presse tenu à cette occasion le ministre djiboutien des Affaires étrangères et porte-parole du gouvernement, Mahmoud Ali Youssouf.
DJIBOUTI, April 11 (Xinhua) - The government of Djibouti on Tuesday approved the creation of the Entrepreneurship and Leadership Center (CEL) to support and facilitate the development of entrepreneurship and the private sector in the country.
According to a statement from the Djiboutian presidency, the CEL will notably have the task of coordinating the actors involved in promoting activities to support entrepreneurship.
It also aims to provide business growth opportunities and aims to strengthen its leadership capabilities to serve as a platform for information exchange between the private and public sectors.
"This structure will make it possible to respond to the new political orientations in terms of support for entrepreneurship and will become a reference center as well as a lever for development", said in a press briefing on this occasion the Djibouti Minister of Foreign Affairs foreign and government spokesman, Mahmoud Ali Youssouf.
^^ Machallah bro this is state of the art design. About time people listen and maximize the potential of indigenous intelligence of Djiboutians. I personally have an idea worth billions. I need an accelerator program so i can test it on the market. Thats why im trying my luck right now in the west and in case it does not work out I will eventually settle back home and operate from this new base. Woow the future is great for Djibouti.
