New project called Central park tower on plot RS1-C20. Next to Repton school, accross the road from Reem central park. On the other side of the park compared to Park View tower.

Developer: Aldar
Consultant: APG Architecture & planning group
Main contractor: CATIC the Chinese Co.
Finance: FAB - First Abu Dhabi Bank

2 basement+G+3 podiums+34 typical floors
