Not keen on it really. It seems a bit too fussy on the facade, and the overall shape is not brilliant either. But I do like the indents at the top and I think the building does look quite modern. 7/10

Good:

great use of the space, bring into use a place not used, or I suspect known about by the general populace.

Bad:

Those towers. Don't like em' and even worse I hate the fact they were reduced in height (to stubby) to appease the heratage lobby trying to protect the views FROM a historical area.

We've had this poll before, if only for the towers:

I think I gave this poll 5/10, which was a mistake, I ment to give it 6/10, and me finger slipped, oops!

And for those of you intrested in the other design:

I think they're great and can't wait to see them going up just to expand the city a little more and make it more than just a waterfront skyline.

I can't wait for it to go up, the development as a whole should be amazing, but the towers themselves are not great from the renders. They look good at night with a few hotel/apartment lights on but in the day renders they look bad. Despite this though it is my favourite development along side Lime street tower and PSDA.
