Somebody said this would never get built
^^ Who, and where? This isn't exactly the scheme that most defies belief in Liverpool currently...

looks like the deliverability will depend on securing end users before the build proper commences.

Hahaha, I wasn't sure. Couldn't remember what thread we previously discussed this project on and thus feared the doubter might've been me. Glad you have cleared this up Peter

Helping to fill up the area nicely!
Not much in the way of action yet -

But they have updated the hoardings to something a little more slick -

And as usual, the change isn't for the better
I personally prefer what’s on the hoardings!

What is this annoying structure adjacent to the Chavasse building? Pity they chose to build around it, not the prettiest!
Electricity substation isn't it?
Thanks. I’m gonna lose sleep over this!!
They're trying to forward sell this scheme for the princely and odd sum of £7,002,250. That suggests its being marketed abroad and converted back into pounds resulting in a strange valuation.

Problem with these types of funding structures unless they sell it as a job lot it could take years to build out -like the Herculaneum dock development.

Much, much better!
It really isn't. What on earth has happened to the far end? They trying to make it in keeping with next door?

I see they've saved a few bob getting rid of the corner feature too.
It is bland, but that silver corner feature on the previous design was very much not to my liking. The more I look at it the more horrendous the previous design becomes- this is a little more cohesive and industrial looking. A welcome change for me, interesting to hear others disagree though!

I agree. More cohesive. The white band bit on the end window looked a bit odd to me. Not sure what it was trying to achieve.
Gotta agree that the latest design is a lot more 'slick'. The original white corner feature looked dated and would have grown tired very quickly. All a matter of opinion though :)
