The top looks like something a dentist would use, but overall, with the blue and white cladding, it works well. 8/10

it really sets a new standard on the sky line
Roof feature is one of a kind
and where eles can you see such sharp crisp white ?

9/10 Futuristic look with a sharp edge between the blue glass and the white parts. Fits the neighborhood good. Interesting spire.
