To me it looks very much like a new development to fill out up to the golf course. The road that comes in ends after the range distribution centre junction. This is green belt land but with 1,000 jobs on offer is probably needed with all the extra housing going up
Debate for housing locations continues. The land to the east of the town is politician owned so we all know what's happening there! Goes against all the initial core housing that was meant to be to the west of the town only. Tbh I don't care it'll just be interesting to see how the developments take the town from a small/mid to large town.
If its an innovation that reduces reliance on dirty energy from billionaire war mongerers then i'm all for it, certainly shown to be more effective and far less of an impact on residents (and birds) than wind turbines as well.
