Churches and Synagogues in Turkey

There's a thread for Churches in Istanbul but I think all of Turkey deserves one as well! I will also occasionally include Synagogues and temples from other faiths (yezidis, alevis etc) too.

Let's start with the almighty Hagia Sophia. This beauty is probably the oldest intact building that's architecturally as intricate as this. Built in 532.
