City plan needed

I'm doing a project and I'm supposed to design a city plan and give the city a name. It's due in 2 weeks and I was wondering if one of you wonderful people can help me out. If it turns out "the best" and most attractive, I won't have to do a presentation on a term paper, which I don't want to do anyway. I get so nervous that I want to throw up. So if you know of an obscure place with a neat layout, please post it here. Thank you.
