Well website was not up and running 3months ago when I last searched on this project. The renders are also newer than the ones on the architects website.

Again we keep hearing that this imminent from Tongaat so it's all we have to go on

I am confident that this is going ahead. Our family own a piece of land that they want to purchase to include in this development.

About a month again they said they were in talks with Club Med about them being the potential operator. So the deal must have now gone through.

I think they might move on site before the end of the year.

ANyone with any updates on this project?

With the pandemic (effect on Club Med) & corruption (effect on Tongaat), I wonder if this is still going ahead? Has there been any kind of contruction work?

No construction work on site yet.

I think there is still a lot of planning before they can get construction going. They have been surveying the land in the last few months.
