As per picture Coimbatore IT Park does not look like G+5 floors. Coimbatore IT park planned with large space and large cost but it looks small and Tichy IT park planned with less space and less cost bit it looks large in picture?

Coimbatore IT park as per announcement at 116.16 Crores with 2 basement+G+5 floors[2.66 lakh Sq.ft] to be ready for occupancy in 18 Months.

may be its not the actual rendering or the picture is changed 😀

We can't judge the sizes based on the renders.

Look at the render for CBE TIDEL building it doesn't look like 17.5 lakh sqft building.

One more probability is they getting into the new building in CHIL(They already have their first office in the same compound).

Good as long as they remain in the city,

The new facility GTP in Kalappatti is functioning now, So closing operations from Tidel Park to cut costs. As it is rented and the cost seems too high compared to the fully owned or maintained SEZ buildings.

That too for bosch like companies occupying huge spaces. It will be beneficial if they own the entire building in SEZ than renting the places. Just like Wipro or Cognizant.

I have also heard that Bosch is planning to coming out of India Land Tech Park atleast reducing the space occupied to cut costs.

Optimistically, this attracts more companies to occupy existing SEZ areas. Given that Coimbatore has limited IT/ITeS SEZ locations, Bosch which has a strong foot hold in the city releasing more SEZ spaces would attract other companies to invest or opening operations in the city.

I’m looking forward for the Bosch rivals to operate from Coimbatore.

Shell India Markets Private Limited [a subsidiary of Royal Dutch Shell] has bought 1 acre of land at PLS Nagar on Avinashi road [near chinnaiyampalayam] in Coimbatore.

Shell India Markets Private Limited has [ IT related] offices at RMZ-Chennai and RMZ-Bangalore. Not sure what they are going to do with Coimbatore land. Normally Shell Petrolium outlets are done through dealers and already Shell have regional marketing office at RS.Puram Coimbatore. One acre land under Shell India Markets Private Limited in Coimbatore on Avinashi road is good amount for office construction [Some where near to S.M Marbles-chinnaiyampalayam]. Hope they have good plan for Coimbatore.

Shell[Royal Dutch Shell] is one among top 5 largest company in the world by revenue.
