Tearing down their old field house was a sin.

That said, they still stick it to Duke, and that's always good.

they didnt tear it down, even though they should. What they turned it into is a sin. An indoor soccer practice field...

I'm gonna guess that the whole "Comcast" bit of the name had a little bit to do with it.

I love that arena, I remembered when it opened, the Washington Post had like a 5 page outline of its design/features. One of the toughest college arenas to play in if your a visiting team.

Two things.... First, the arena has been renamed and is now known as Xfinity Center (Comcast is embarrassed by public perception I guess..)

Second, they installed a nice new scoreboard.
