Rassco and Solel Boneh have offered Africa-Israel $100,000 per land per apartment for the lot, zoned for a 23-storey high-rise.

Sources inform ''Globes'' that a number of developers are fiercely competing to buy a downtown Jerusalem lot, zoned for 200 luxury apartments and 5,500 sq.m. of commercial space in a 23-storey high-rise. Located at the corner of Jaffa St. and Hanevi’im St., Africa-Israel Investments Ltd. (TASE:AFIL; Pink Sheets:AFIVY) bought the lot from businessman Sasson Levy in a 35% deal.
The lot is back on the market, and Rassco Rural and Suburban Settlement Co. Ltd. (Rassco) and Solel Boneh Building and Infrastructure Ltd. have already submitted bids for it at $100,000 per land per apartment.
