I was going to say, the Tampa St Pete area absolutely does not have 207 "highrises", unless that is including quite a few buildings that dont' actually exist for one reason or another.

granted, there are a shitload of them supposedly getting built in the next few years, but they ain't here yet.

Maybe it's my homer bias, but i'm surprized philly is #7 on that list. When you think of high-rises philly's name doesn't come up to often. I didn' t think DC would have that many high-rises. Don't they have a height limit on their highrises?

I think its buildings over 12. Keep in mind its the whole metro so it includes Tampa, St Pete, St Pete Beach, Clearwater, etc...
