Info from an email this morning . . I have not seen it before . . is it true?

Yet again we are coming up with a new project. For the first time in Dubai, two major developers are joining hands to launch “23 Marina” ETA STAR PROPERTIES & HIRANANDANI (HORCON) project developer from Bombay. Officially to be launched on the 22nd of March 2005.

It will be classified among the tallest building in Dubai Marina. Located right off the highway, just before Al Seef Tower. It is a corner plot.

Project Specifications:

90 Storey Residential

Estimated Height 389 m

4 Level basement parking

4 Level podium parking

3 Levels of Spa & Health Club (to be managed by a 5 star hotel)

389 m???? Yes this is something definitely new for Dubai Marina! Cant wait for the render !!!

I think so. Some floor plans here, but they only show one corner apartment. Property description on this site:

Floors 7 to 31:

LOL. yeah well its good that Q1 and Eureka will have there time in the limelight as worlds tallest apartments.they will have there names cemented in the history b00ks as worlds tallest for there time. Q1 looks like it will beat Eureka to officially top out first. Q1 is currently 240m with the 35m glass fin to be constructed soon and then of course the mighty spire topping at 322.5m, probably June/july with opening sept!
Eurekas core will top out next week at 297m.then floors to catch up,maybe sept, then 50m mast will be put up to top out at 351m.it supposed to open for Xmas and officially open early 2006.
so current tallest is 21stC tower at 269m (2003) in Dubai (of course) and then it will go to 322m/Q1 in (2005) and Eureka 351m (2006) and then 23 marina- 389m (2008).
