although these are not new, there has never been an article about them.

Armada Group announces massive investment of AED 1 billion for Armada Towers project

The Armada Group, one of the UAE's leading investment groups, has announced plans to begin construction on Armada Towers, a massive real estate project in Dubai, with expected investments exceeding AED 1 billion.

With its modern, cutting-edge design and stylish accommodation, the three Armada Towers will be built in one of the most sought-after developments in Dubai, where the stylish buildings will command a central focus and overlook Dubai's most elegant landscape, nestled between lakes, islands, gardens and waterfalls.

The three Armada Towers are expected to house 1,200 apartments and the project will be located in the Jumeirah Lake Tower's development by Nakheel, where the Armada Towers project will occupy a total space of 200,000 square feet, with the cost of land totaling AED 55 million.

The entire project should reach completion and be ready to welcome tenants by the first half of 2007. Adnan Safarini has been appointed as construction consultants of the Armada Towers, whilst APCC has been chosen to handle pilings. The laying of the foundation is expected to take around four months, with a stipulated budget of AED 12 million.

"Armada Towers will perhaps be the most contemporary of all the buildings in the Dubai skyline," explained Dr. Mohammed Raheef Hakmi, Chairman of Armada Group. "The Armada Towers development is a unique concept of three beautifully designed buildings, conceived like the blustering sails of a ship and with elegantly curved glass domes. In fact," Dr. Hakmi pointed out, "the Armada Towers are more creative living space than mere concrete fact, and therefore more art than architecture."

The Armada Towers will be situated off the Sheikh Zayed road, a mere fifteen minutes from Dubai city centre, next to the quiet lake waters of Emirates Hills and Jumeirah Island. It will have 21,000 square feet of external and 15,000 square feet of internal retail space, with the allure of first class shopping facilities. The Armada Towers will also house twelve luxurious penthouses, four in each tower. Nearby are several top quality golf courses with easy access to the buildings.

"Within the spacious luxury of the Armada Towers," continued Dr. Hakmi, "you will find the excellence of service unsurpassed by any other modern building in the region. There is the deluxe health club, where you can ruminate on the pleasures that surround you and reenergize your senses to the physical delights on offer. You can also relax and contemplate the sweep of the landscape from the stunning rooftop swimming pool," Dr. Hakmi added. "The Armada Towers also offer the comfort and security of high speed lifts, as well as the state of the art technology and security systems, specifically developed for the client's well being and peace of mind."

"All rooms come with centralized air conditioning. There are also feature lobby areas where you can while away the time in exceptional comfort," stated Dr. Hakmi. "Also located throughout the Armada Towers will be a wealth of specialized restaurants, to tempt the owner's palate with their expert culinary tastes. And for that all too important shopping, "continued Dr. Hakmi, "the Armada Towers will provide dwellers with the best in retail facilities and a wide ranging choice of designer boutiques."

"Apartments will range from the stylish and compact studio, through to the more spacious 1/2/3 bedrooms. There is also the luxurious top of the line penthouse layouts," explained Dr. Hakmi. "The studio apartments will be located on each floor, facing the front of the building, whilst the one bedroom apartments will be available on both sides of the tower. They will overlook the marina and the coast to one side, or the lakes development to the other," he added.

"Measuring over 1500 square feet, the two bedroom apartments will offer more spacious accommodation, including balconies to maximize the outstanding views," added Dr. Hakmi. "The three bedroom apartments boast up to 2,100 square feet, with two bathrooms and two balconies for superb family living which hard to beat."

Armada Group has opened its sales administrative center for the three Towers at its offices in Dubai. The Armada Towers are freehold properties and are offered through the incentives of certain financial packages to make payments for the buyer considerably easier. Also, a full residency visa is procured with ownership.

The Armada Towers will also provide the client with the option of installing a state of the art smart-home technology system, which will make living in the Armada Towers like a considerable step into the future.

quite weird yes. maybe these towers are much smaller and are for commercial use.
claculate:
golf course 500.000.000
60 towers 1.500.000.000 (25.000.000 each)
stadiums 400.000.000
mall 100.000.000
=
2.5 billion $

but dsc seems to have a low budget!

From the model they appeared like regular sized Dubai Marina towers, yeah i agree the budget is quite small considering JBR was like 9 million dhs (i think) and has 40 towers in all.

Armada towers are quite nice! they tend to look a bit like the national bank of Dubai building with the curved front

for sure they look quite nice. another reason for the high prices could be the location. i mean dubailand is just sand right now, so the plots might be much cheaper than in an exclusive area as jlt, although jlt is not such a n exclusive area as represented everywhere. most of these towers - both residential and commercial - will have a wondeful view of the power network, coming from jebel ali!!!!!!

so maybe this is the reason that dubailand towers are a bit cheaper!!!

i said a couple of days ago that i was in the jumeirah islands, meadows are and all of these houses overlook the power network. so, i wouldn't buy anything down there, before the building is finished. i don't want to pay money to overlook a power network!!!

Armada Group said it plans to begin construction on Armada Towers project in Dubai with expected investments exceeding Dhs1 billion. The three Armada Towers are to house 1200 apartments in Nakheel’s Jumeirah Lake Towers development. Armada Towers will occupy 20 000 m2. The cost of land is Dhs55 million.

The project is to be ready by the first half of 2007. Adnan Safarini is construction consultant, whilst APCC is to handle the piling. Foundation work, budgeted at Dhs12 million, is to take around four months.

“Armada Towers will perhaps be the most contemporary of all the buildings in Dubai,” claimed Dr. Mohammed Raheef Hakmi, Armada chairman. The three buildings are conceived as sails of a ship with curved glass domes. They will have 2100 m2 of external and 1500 m2 of internal retail space, and 12 penthouses, four in each tower. The complex will have a health club, roof top swimming pool, high-speed lifts and modern security systems. Apart from spacious lobby areas, there will be restaurants and designer boutiques.

“Apartments will range from the stylish and compact studio, through to the more spacious one-, two and three-bedrooms. They will overlook the marina and the coast on one side, or the lakes development on the other,” he added.

Measuring over 150 m2, the two bedroom apartments will offer spacious accommodation, including balconies to maximise the views. The three-bedroom apartments boast up to 210 m2, with two bathrooms and two balconies.

Armada Group has opened a sales administrative centre for the project at its offices in Dubai. Armada Towers are freehold properties and are offered with financial packages to make payments for the buyer easier. Also, a full residency visa is procured with ownership. It looks like National Bank of Dubai. It would have been better if each tower looked different than the others
