Is the building out of the ground or construction just didn't start ?

Stopped at piling it seems

I believe Redstone has discovered a new angle on Singaporean spirituality....it's only a matter of time before we see books with titles like "The haunted showflat".....people will start recounting stories about how a friend of a friend of a friend was pursued by spectral real estate agents....

Well if it's stopped at pilling it's not much of an annoyance. I know only of one unfinished building in Singapore, some industrial building in Tuas near the Second Link.

Seriously something must be done. Anyone convenient passing by the area lately drop by take a shot.

If its really piling, then the developer would have gotten permit to commence work from structural branch. Perhaps someone would like to drop by BCA to ask...

well, piling and superstructure could be done under different permit if it will be done by diff contractor. if got project reference number then can ask loh ....

Around Bukit Timah area, there will 3 developments coming up in the next 1-2 months.

The Jardine - beside GardenVista
Cascadia - next to Nexus
Floridian - heard from agent, not sure of location

Any other information to share ?

Casadia? It's an abandoned construction site with piles sticking out of the ground an a huge pit filled with water. Better take a photo soon.

heard from an agent it's the plot next to gardenvista and it's around 1200psf. unlike gardenvista (99yrs), this is freehold. developer is far east.

This is what I have heard so far.

Jardine - 1400psf
Cascadia - 900psf

We will never know the real launch price till the day comes.

i have noticed some more projects coming up in the bukit timah area. one is [email protected] i see classifieds indicating > 1200psf. there are also another 2 uol plots (one pretty near duchess crest and the other at coronation road west area).

Location is at Dunearn Road (in front of GardenVista) Yup ... able to show u site/floor plan.

Indicative price estimated $1500psf.
