Jumeirah Properties Investment launch new tower
A prestigious residential and commercial development designed by internationally renowned architects, WS Atkins of the Burj Al Arab fame, was launched today in Dubai.

Indigo Tower, architecturally designed by WS Atkins will be surrounded by superb landscaping, situated on a prime location on Sheikh Zayed Road.

Strategically located between the fifth and sixth interchange on Sheikh Zayed Road, Indigo Tower is within easy reach of the commercial centre of Dubai, luxury shopping malls, hotels and beach resorts. Building will commence later this year and the tower will have the prime position on the first plot at Jumeirah Lake Towers development, a freehold venture from Nakheel. Jumeirah Lake Towers comprises approximately 78 towers set among lakes, waterways, a well planned road network, parking facilities, shopping boulevards and landscaped gardens.

Soaring to an impressive 35 floors, Indigo Tower offers eight floors of office space and a further 23 floors of residential apartments to UAE, GCC Nationals and expatriates, on a freehold basis. Apart from its striking 'A'-shaped structural design and extensive use of indigo coloured glass complementing a silver grey exterior, the development boasts over-sized studio apartments and one, two and three-bedroom apartments.

'We are extremely excited to be launching this building, a master community development of Nakheel, at Jumeirah Lake Towers,' said Mahesh Tourani, director, Jumeirah Properties Investment Ltd, the developers behind Indigo Tower.

'There are a number of elements that set this development apart, including the architects, WS Atkins who bring years of international experience to the project, the building contractors, Al Rostamani Pegel who built the 21st Century Tower in Dubai, the over-sized studio apartments which we believe will fill a gap in the current market and world-class finishes at highly competitive rates.'

Indigo Tower will enjoy an enviable location adjacent to the Emirates Golf Course and The Montgomerie. The tower overlooks lakes and lush expanses of greenery to the south and the Arabian Gulf to the north. Famous landmarks such as The Palm, Dubai Marina and several luxury beach resorts are all within close proximity.

Amenities include a fully equipped gymnasium, steam room, lap pool, Jacuzzi, juice bar, a coffee shop, shopping boulevard, 24-hour security, covered car parking and six high speed lifts – three for the residential floors and three for the commercial floors. Residents and commercial tenants will have separate entrances to the building and all owners will be entitled to a residence visa.

Jumeirah Lake Towers is a high-rise waterfront commercial and residential development by Nakheel, comprising 26 clusters, each with three towers. Different investors are constructing a tower on each of the plots in the clusters, of a residential, commercial or retail nature, under the guidelines of Nakheel. The ultra-modern development, with its panoramic views and surroundings provides a relaxing environment, making it an ideal place to live and work. For more information, log onto www.indigotower.com
