Al Manal Development launches AED 400m La Vista Residence at Dubai Silicon Oasis

Al Manal Development, a leading real estate developer in the region, today announced the launch of La Vista Residence, an AED 400 million residential property development at Dubai Silicon Oasis with a unique 100% financing option.

The project comprises seven residential buildings each eight storeys high, offering a total of 832 residential units. The project will offer studio, one and two bedroom apartments and will be located in a prime area in Dubai Silicon Oasis very close to Emirates Road, New Ring Road, Dubai Land & Academic City.

Construction of La Vista Residence will start in September with completion due at the end of 2008, when the first group of companies is expected to be operational at Dubai Silicon Oasis.

Mr. Al Ghurair said the project was finalized after in-depth market research and extensive planning to ensure it caters to the requirements of potential investors and buyers.

(L.L.C.) won the combined contract worth Dhs250m to begin work on the residential property development in March this year, with construction expected to be completed by August 2009. La Vista Residence project comprises of seven residential buildings each eight storeys high, offering a total of 832 residential units.

Zahrat Al Safa Construction Co. will work on the first five buildings, while Al Qandeel Contracting Co. will build the remaining two. The project has a total built up area of approximately 943,000 square feet, which will cover 290,000 square feet of DSO land.

Once completed, the project will offer studio, one and two bedroom apartments and will be located in a prime area in Dubai Silicon Oasis very close to Emirates Road, New Ring Road, Dubai Land & Academic City. 75% of La Vista Residence's units have already been sold since the project was first launched in May 2007; and prices per square foot have gone up by 15% since then.

Hi Wannaberich,

Has there been any progress from August to date on this project and if yes, can you please be kind enough to post some pictures. We will be upto 65% in January 2009 and would like to make sure the construction is on track for June 2009.

La Vista Residence Delayed by 6 months (atleast)

Gents,

As per an udpate from La Vista sales agent - construction has been delayed by 6 months and the January instalment has also been delayed with that. Please confirm this under standing if anyone else had a chance to speak to them.

The new delivery date is December 2009 (fingers crossed).
