UNKNOWN TOWER (Next to The Summit), soil testing going on, its a big plot..

Next to tram station is a huge plot with res/comm. permission , at the moment the tram workers using that.

This one should be the same , I dont think so petrol station or etc.. but we will see soon.

UNKNOWN TOWER (Next to The Summit) ,mobilisation and piling can start soon

Those two piling machines have been on this plot with nobody to man them... it seems a bit weird to me that they would start piling or anything on this plot without fencing around it.
it seems to be a sport to fence plots even if nothing has been happening on them ever (cf next to the Damas Factory in JLT)...

Location is not too bad, easy access from/to SZR and tram stop will be there , it can have a nice golf course and city view.

Workers already there but still no board..
