Five companies have submitted bids for the main construction package on an estimated AED 350 million ($95 million) new tower project planned on Shaikh Zayed highway by the local Al-Tayer Real Estate. ...
The bidders for the Shaikh Zayed highway project are: Al-Basti & Muktha, Al-Naboodah Contracting, Al-Shafar General Contracting and Engineering Contracting Company, all local; and the local/German Al-Rostamani Pegel. Located next to the Burj Dubai development, the 55-storey residential tower will have a built-up area of 61,000 square-metres and a 16,000-square-metre parking structure at the rear. The local APCC is working on the enabling works package. Lebanon’s Khatib & Alami is the consultant.
