Potentially the best looking tower in New Dubai IMO, have to wait and see some better render for a better judgement. Btw over here: you'll find the plot number, there's a "T" at the right of JLT's plot map on that page.

oops, i didn't see the location map!

but unfortunately this map is crap
what the hell is that supposed to mean? what's the circle on cluster E and the tower could be on any plot in the T-cluster
but it should be T2, as nakheel has reserved plots T1 and T3 for 35 floor towers. but there have already been some changes

back in the day we were able to find the excat plots for the new jlt towers but over the last 2 weeks we only know they'll be built

Han invests Dh250m in 1-Lake Plaza

Dubai : Han Worldwide Enterprises is investing Dh250 million in a new freehold office tower, 1-Lake Plaza, to be located at the Jumeirah Lake Towers.

Owned by Hilal M. Al Zarooni, Ahmad H. Khoury and Nasir Ahmad Mahmoud, the company is the latest player in Dubai's freehold development market.

The project is the first among the company's three properties, company officials said. The rest, a freehold residential and a freehold office tower, will be announced later this year.

The tower will have all the modern amenities including Wi-Fi hotspots, broadband connectivity and fibre optic visual network connectivity as well as security.

Masterplanned by Nakheel, the project has been designed by National Engineering Bureau which has also been assigned project management consultancy. Main contractor for the project has not yet been announced.

Nasir Mahmoud, Director of Han, said, "Our project is on Cluster T, plot T-2, probably on the best location at Jumeirah Lake Towers. The tower offers spectacular views of the lake from its peaceful lakefront location, and unrestricted views in all directions.

"With easy access from Shaikh Zayed Road, the project is close to Jumeirah Beach, the Montgomerie golf course, Burj Al Arab, the American University, Knowledge Village and Dubai Media City.

"The needs of businessmen and the investors have been taken into consideration while placing the architectural design and several models of the units have been presented in different areas with all its office facilities.

"Besides, the construction is surrounded by landscaped gardens and ample parking space.

"The project comprises 39 floors, offering spacious offices including the grand duplex offices starting from 36th floor.

"A state-of-the-art coffee shop with terrace on the 29th floor adds tremendous value to the project. The Lake level is decked with a Food Court and retail outlets. The shopping arcade extends to the ground floor as well as offering 20 shops."

So their new tower in JLT will be located in plot F2. Most propably (IMO) it will be a residential tower, called "2 Lake Plazza".
