If you’ve long considered a move to Cairns’ vibrant inner-city, the time is now. The acclaimed development team at Rimington Projects have just unveiled their latest project. It’s known as ParkView … and it’s their finest yet.

At ParkView, you can select from 46 spacious and elegant two and three bedroom apartments, set over six levels. Calming water views are a feature of some apartments while others boast inviting views over the city and adjacent parklands.

During the week, you can leave the car at home and walk to work in the city, while on those relaxed weekends you’re an easy stroll from the popular boardwalks, swimming lagoon and lush parklands of the redeveloped Cairns Esplanade.

Inside your home, there’s an abundance of natural light and ventilation in the spacious rooms, with large windows that frame the outside scenery. The quality is evident from start to finish, with special touches like porcelain floor tiles, carefully selected for their classic elegance and quality.

Gourmet kitchens feature attractive polished stone kitchen bench-tops and the finest quality European stainless steel appliances, and all apartments offer the convenience of two well-sized bathrooms. For the still summer days the apartments have split system air conditioning throughout.

The architectural style is contemporary and minimalist – in such a fantastic location.

You may choose to live in your fantastic new ParkView apartment or rent it out. Whatever your choice, you’ll enjoy relatively low body corporate fees (2 bed $2,000 & 3 bed $2,200) and the investment security that only an inner-city property can provide.

Lifestyle buyers seek property that meets their every lifestyle whim. Investors seek centrally-located property with outstanding potential for rental returns and capital growth. Astute purchasers seek both.

ParkView is expected to be completed in mid 2009. 2 bedroom (122m²) are priced from $397,500 and 3 bedroom (151m²) are priced from $482,500. View the display including a model at Quaid Real Estate corner of Lake and Spence Streets.

Went past today still no sign of change since I last saw it 2 months ago. Developer may have ran out of money to finish the project. Join the club in the same boat as all the other developers here in Cairns i.e. broke!

You sure this has stalled? There is paint up all over the building. I think they might be working inside the building unless when you went past during the day it was a ghost town.

Scaffolding is down and the paint looks great, the blend of colours is great. Maybe they should have extended that feature in the middle for the whole height of the building to hide the air cons.

Yes Jesse its a nice flash building just a shame its not twice as high. Luckily too that the builder not ran out of money so manages to complete it. So another crane to come down soon, then we will have just 2 left in the CBD
All Finished The crane has gone now, so that leaves us as a one crane town with just the Leibherr crane left on the william mccormack tower. Its a nice building up close. A job well done for the developer Remmington
^^That's good to hear. It looked like it was turning out well when I last saw it.

Parkview looks great. Great colours and the car park entrance isn't obvious. Pity it isn't taller.
