DIB re-brands 'Global Real Estate' to 'DEYAAR' and unveils Seef II and Seef III towers
Following the tremendous success achieved with the launch of the Al-Seef Tower on the Dubai Marina development, DEYAAR, formerly known as Global Real Estate Development Company, the real estate arm of the Dubai Islamic Bank (DIB), today announced the launch of two new projects, Seef II and Seef III towers, comprising of over 350 units and located at the Jumeirah Lake Towers development.

Seef II and Seef III towers.

As freehold developments, and as a part of the distinctive, sophisticated and exciting living environment upcoming in Dubai's increasingly cosmopolitan nature, the exclusive new towers comprise an eclectic mix of residential and retail outlets.

'Building on the trust and tremendous success we recently achieved with the Al-Seef Tower, located on the Dubai Marina, we are proud to launch the Seef II and Seef III Towers on Nakheel's Jumeirah Lake Towers development,' said Dr. Mohammed Khalfan bin Kharbash, UAE Minister of State for Finance and Industry and Dubai Islamic Bank Chairman. 'The new Towers will set a new standard for living in Dubai. Home buyers and both regional and international investors will also benefit.'

The Dirhams 550 million (US$ 150.27 million) waterfront Seef II and Seef III Towers, with 39 and 34 floors of two (2) and three (3) bedroom apartments respectively combined with luxurious penthouses, were designed by DAR Consult. The two and three bedroom apartments range in size from 1,600 to over 2,700 square feet, while the penthouses spread over 5,200 square feet each - larger than most villas.

The towers have a three-level basement parking facility, ample for every apartment, in addition to extensive retail facilities located at its base and an ultra modern health club, covering the full floor, situated on the top floor. The apartment high-rises lie in close proximity to other signature developments namely the Jumeirah Palm, Emirates Golf Course, the Gardens Mall, The Mall of the Emirates as well as the three main business hubs in Dubai, those being the Dubai Internet City, the Dubai Media City and the Jebel Ali Free Zone.

'DEYAAR has always distinguished itself by providing the best value for money to our customers and residents. With Seef II and Seef III, we have pushed the envelope and gone beyond the ordinary in the design and lifestyle statement and value our residents and investors will gain from at the new developments,' said Zack Shahin, CEO of DEYAAR. 'We spared no expense when it came to the top-class amenities installed at the towers, in the scenic meandering waterways, lakeside promenades, manicured lawns and the family-oriented facilities that make Seef II and Seef III Towers one of the top living environments in Dubai.'

'Building on Trust,' the company's new tagline, is the basis of DEYAAR's new image and mission outlook, which is the result of the professional services already being provided to the company's existing 65,000 tenants. DEYAAR specializes in residential real estate which currently accounts for 80 per cent of the projects under its umbrella, and will be officially launched later this year.

'With a portfolio of 16,000 units in 700 buildings worth Dirhams 11 billion, both in the UAE and regionally, DEYAAR's launch of the Seef II and Seef III projects is yet another tribute to Dubai's dynamism and a clear statement that we will continue to contribute positively to this internationally recognized masterpiece,' continued Mr. Shahin.

The Jumeirah Lake Towers is located adjacent to the Sheikh Zayed Road between Interchange 5 and 6, comprises of 23 clusters, with each cluster having three towers. Clusters on the development are completely sold out attracting investments from different nationalities from all over the world. Each investor would then construct a tower on each plot within the cluster, to be used for residential, commercial or retail purposes, under the guidelines of Nakheel.

if you look carefully at the rendering, you'll see three towers! There seems to be only two towers, but if you look on the one the right you'll that there actually towers, notice the there are two different crowns

i know what it is!!!

well, tamweel has launched the tamweel tower (has its own thread) and one day later the seef towers II and III

we can see 3 identical towers, but only 2 have names!
and the location of tamweel tower is U3, while seef towers have U1 and U2!

how stupid can one be??? the third unknown tower is tamweel tower! :wallbash:

so tamweel tower is seef tower I

i guess the seef towers will undergo a change of names later then??
