DAMAC launches 'The Corner' at Business Bay


DAMAC Properties, the largest private sector master developer and luxury lifestyle provider following the outstanding success of its previous 6 projects - announced the launch of yet another masterpiece - 'The Corner'.

honestly this would rank amongst the top 5 designs for low rises in dubai
Well, bad designs is the only thing that Damac has never been frawn upon.

داماك تمنح عقوداً بقيمة 18 مليون درهم للأعمال الإنشائية في مشروعين بالخليج التجاري



منحت داماك العقارية عقدين بقيمة 18 مليون درهم، لمباشرة العمل في مشروعين تطويريين وهما مشروع «ذي كورنر»، ومشروع «وتر إيدج»، الواقعين في الخليج التجاري بدبي. وأحيل العقد الخاص بمشروع «ذي كورنر» على شركة شرف للأساسات، فيما أحيل عقد إنشاء أساسات مشروع «وتر إيدج» على شركة إنترناشيونال فاونديشن جروب.


وتبلغ مدة العقد الخاص بمشروع «ذي كورنر» أربعة أشهر، فيما تبلغ المدة المحددة للانتهاء من أساسات مشروع «وتر إيدج» ستة أشهر. وقال بيتر ريدوك، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة داماك العقارية: «داماك ملتزمة تماماً باستكمال مشاريعها في الوقت المحدد، وتتخذ الشركة كل إجراء ممكن لضمان تغلبها على التحديات، مثل النقص في المقاولين وارتفاع أسعار الإنشاءات.


ويأتي الإعلان اليوم عن منح هذين العقدين كخطوة مهمة نحو استكمال العمل في هذين المشروعين، وكدليل على التزامنا بتسليم المشاريع في الوقت المحدد». و«ذي كورنر» و«وتر إيدج» مشروعان عقاريان لتطوير مكاتب ووحدات تجارية في خليج الأعمال بدبي، ويضم المشروعان مساحات مكاتب وفق أحدث التصميمات، ومرافق للتسلية ومحلات تجارية. ويتألف مشروع «ذي كورنر» من 19 طابقاً، فيما يبلغ ارتفاع مشروع «وتر إيدج» 20 طابقا.
