And the crane is gone again!

Here are a lot of photos. The paint is ok, at least it isn't white but I'll give my verdict when I come back and see it complete.

Tower the height of health

From cairns post:

More than a month before it opens, the future of Wallamura towers looks healthy the project's agent says. The historic health complex on Abbott st has been transformed into a double building development that couples apartments with medical services. just 5 of the 26 units, including a top floor 2.3 million penthouse, remain on the market.
Benchmark is expecting to complete the five and six level towers by late next month. the site's background as a medical complex for the past four decades made it a viable location for general practitioners and specialists.
The commercial offices range from 81sqm to 379 sqm. There was a shortage of car parks at the old Wallamura medical centre but the new towers would have 29 spaces for tenant's and residents. The third to sixth floor apartments had spectacular sea views.

Yes it's a great little project. I've noticed some changes with the original render too.

Glass at the back of the walkway is different, I couldn't see that garden and the pond had a raised wall around it. Also there is another level on the right building. Top unit on the left building now has less windows, the balcony doesn't go right around and the purple cement pillar next to the walkway goes all the way up. In the render it seemed to stop after the last balcony. Also there is now a pillar on the right building supporting the new level I guess.

All finished, a little messy looking but overall another great little development.
