Yacht Bay development in Dubai Marina
Low rise in comparison to other developments, Yacht Bay has been designed specifically to be low-key and leisure orientated with its expansive garden and leisure areas, yet it is elegant and luxurious in its finish.
The launch of the Yacht Bay development marks the first time that AMLAK Finance, better known as a provider of Islamic home finance, will be managing the development and sale of property.
'We chose Yacht Bay as the launch pad for our new line of business of property sales and management - a complementary service to our core property finance business - because we believe in the inimitable qualities of this development,' said Mohammed Ali Al Hashimi, CEO of AMLAK.
In addition to managing the sale of the apartments, AMLAK will be providing up to 70% finance for qualified buyers.
Yacht Bay introduces the concept of loft apartments for the first time in the Marina, and is also available in spacious studio,1,2 or 3 bedroom formats, all decorated with modern fittings. Every single apartment, including those on the ground floor, thanks to its elevated position, has amazing views of the bay and the Dubai Marina Yacht Club.
Facilities include a fully equipped health club, gym, sauna, Jacuzzi, two pools with wood-slat sundecks, and even a trendy coffee shop on site.
AMLAK will open sales to public of Yacht Bay on 11 May 2005 at the Shangri-la Hotel, Dubai. Thereafter, interested buyers can visit AMLAK's dedicated sales centre at the company's Sheikh Zayed Road branch in Dubai.
Dubai-based Amlak has introduced Yacht Bay, a boating-themed development at Dubai Marina. This is Amlak's first move into property development and sales, being more widely known for arranging Islamic home finance. The development will have 174 studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments with views of the bay and Dubai Marina Yacht Club. Apartments go on sale on 11 May at the Shangri-la Hotel.
