Presumably one of the benefits of buying the adjoining Westpac/St George site is that it allows more certainty that a 190m tall (or even taller) tower can be built there - as the original posts revealed.
Hemmes can move the proposed tower further north, with the nearby Perpetual(?) tower presumably ‘running blockage’ on the Martin Place overshadowing front.
