Surprised the brick building 50 Marsh Wall isn't listed, although they might be trying to squeeze this in next to it where there's a warehouse unit hidden by trees from Marsh Wall currently.

Also quite a tight site, situated right next to 54 Marsh Wall which is 39fl and 28fl and also on the other side 40 Marsh Wall - 39fl - and across another road from Arrowhead Quay, 55fl, 50fl.

This is from the Far East Consortium International Ltd announcement of results for year end 31 March 2014:

Post financial year end, the Group acquired 2 additional residential development sites which are located in Tai Wai, Hong Kong and in Manilla Street, Canary Wharf, London.
continues later:

A residential development site in Marsh Wall, Canary Wharf was acquired in January 2014 at the price of GBP16.7 million. Subject to planning permit approval, the Group intends to build a residential tower with approximately 250,000 sq. ft. in sellable floor area on the site. In June 2014, the Group also entered into an agreement to acquire a site adjacent to the Marsh Wall site at the price of GBP6.5 million. Both sites are currently under planning stage. Leveraging on the momentum of the growth of the development pipeline and the expertise it has developed, the Group will continue to acquire and increase its landbank in London.

Interesting night view shot clearly to sway Far Eastern potential buyers with its 'glamourous' Hong Kong-type look. Also the inclusion of some proposed buildings (Arrowhead, South Quay, North Quay, Wood Wharf, though latter looks different) but with some buildings that are either obsolete (Columbus Tower) or non-existent (RS, Diamond, City Pride).

Love the design, very sleek, elegant, tastefully broken up into three segments by what looks like two increased floor sections, and blessedly contains curves and not just a box.

Very much approve of this, just wish it could be a touch taller, but maybe that's being greedy.

I expect that it will actually see a reduction in height in the final version. It's further away from the centre of the cluster than Arrowhead Quay but it's taller. I expect the current height is more of a negotiating position and the final will be somewhere between 150m and 170m. Maybe I'm just being pessimistic though.

^^ I hope you're just being pessimistic, it cannot be the case forever that the central CW cluster remains the pinnacle and everything else around it has to taper downwards, that is going to create a rather stunted skyline and really restrict future skyscraper projects in the surround areas.
