It seems that they are taking the scaffolding out of the top, but cannot see clearly what's going on, maybe they have already demolished top floors (as seeing in the diagram of the last page) and now they will work their way down on the northern side of the building, that's my guess.

Very complicated demolition

Demolition of the northern section of the existing office tower (north of the existing core) and also
demolition of the podium and basement levels north of the existing tower core;

 Removal of the façade, services, plant and all lifts and equipment

 Construction of an addition to the existing (retained) tower structure by extending the core northwards
and introducing associated structural elements;

 Extension of the tower levels northwards to establish a new premium commercial office with new
facades, plant lift and services

 Construction of a new and low level retail podium which is connected into the commercial office lobby
through a large atrium;

 Construction of a new five level basement below the new podium, north of the existing tower core
with resultant additional excavation
