9 SEPTEMBER | NEWS Highpoint tops-out as the tallest!
Highpoint Apartments at Charlestown is now officially Lake Macquarie’s tallest building with the rooftop slab completed in the first week of September, topping-out the structural build at 165m above sea level.
GWH began on-site works in May 2018 with excavation of the three level basement. We have now completed the buildings 18th suspended slab, the base for the rooftop terrace that offers Highpoint residents a 360 degree view from the mountains to the sea.
Jonathan Craig, GWH Managing Director, spoke of his elation of getting to the top. "We are offering our Highpoint residents the best vantage point in the region, dual aspect apartments and the Highpoint rooftop, one of two outdoor facilities provided for residents!”
“The view from the 17th floor rooftop is beyond our expectations, no photo does it justice and we cannot wait to share the view with our purchasers,” Jonathan continued.
With only a small number of apartments remaining for sale, the opportunity to purchase in Highpoint has been a popular decision with locals, with the majority of sales made to those in the surrounding area.
