This and some of the others going up will really change the dynamic of north sydney, lots of quality and some good height. Now I really want to see a couple of 200m + towers rise in this area, which will really cement it as a true extension of the Sydney CBD skyline.

Stocklands project on Walker st comprises numbers 110,118 and 122. All of these have a height limit of 260RL.
So could be this project:unsure:

Yes Harry thats 100 walker - same max height as 88 walker - 227RL ie 180M
Its overdue for redevelopment.:oops:
But probably wont happen for about 6 years....

"ProInvest have landed a deal with Chrisites, the owner of 100 Walker Street to acquire the building with a 6 year lease back.
The 14-storey office building was built in 1972. ProInvest will pay around $160m for the asset.

ProInvest may look to develop a Hotel on the North Sydney site as part of a mixed use development at some stage in the future,
however a 6 year leaseback deal to Christie's will delay any redevelopment plans for the site."
