I disagree. There aren't enough forumers from lebanon and there aren't many projects going on.

Tunisia gets its own forum before Lebanon...it's three times the size

And for the record, Lebanon has the biggest tourism-related project under construction in the Middle East right now. The $1.2 billion Sannine Zenith project.
