I walked passed here today. It looks like they've almost removed a structure that was attached up till the first story of the building? I'm not sure what it was.
Also the sidewalk roof looks to be gone, if there was one.
I could also hear construction work happening on the inside.
I do realise this post is very vague..

Walked past today and the floors are now installed on the new "podium thing" extension to the building.
Plenty of workers on site too which was good to see.
