People in every part of Somalia eat calooley, but I think it is mostly eaten in the south. :lol:

I ate "Calooley" when I was young in back home and it tastes quite nice.
I don't think I can eat them now that way.

Few years ago I went to London, England and I had "calooley" cooked in sauce. However, I don't like the old style one.
I never had it. I watched countless times how it was prepared and cooked.

I just can't stomach stomach lining. :lol:

I've had calool before and surprisingly tastes very good. But when its cooked in a broth-like stew with vegetables :drool: Lakiin for some reason its not really eaten up north :eek:hno:

Only thing is urta ayaa aad u qadhmuun.

Eritreans cook tripe the same way as Somalis do. :lol:

Fun fact: did you know that tripe is higher in protein and lower in fat than a T-Bone steak? yep! :banana:
