Daang Hari (lit. King's Road) also known as the Las Piñas-Muntinlupa-Cavite Road or LAMUCAR,[1] is a major arterial thoroughfare that links southern Metro Manila with the province of Cavite in the Philippines. It begins as a north-south road from Commerce Avenue just south of Alabang–Zapote Road running for 5.9 kilometers (3.7 miles) through the borders of Las Piñas and Muntinlupa. It then runs east-west for 9.2 kilometers (5.7 miles) from the intersection with Daang Reyna Road, winding through the cities of Bacoor and Imus in Cavite where it ends at Aguinaldo Highway near Dasmariñas. It was built in 2003 to decongest traffic in the south metropolis, particularly along Alabang-Zapote Road.

Just curious, why do we have Daang Hari at Daang Reyna. Sino yong Hari at Reyna? Armida Siguion Reyna, Princess Urduja, Soliman, Lakandula, Humabon, Lapu-Lapu, o Marikudo? And it's been more than a century since we separated from Spain.

Daang Hari-Aguinaldo Highway Flyover

They better polish that pierhead after completion, looks an eyesore honestly.

Is this the one connected to Open Canal Road?

Thankfully no RIP

Initial report released by Senior Superintendent William M. Segun, Cavite Police Provincial Office director, said that the flyover contractor is one William Uy and the construction is being done under joint venture with JBL Builders.

JBL Project in-charge contractor Jong Ilupit said that the accident happened they were installing the last guirdel at the site.

The crane accidentally hit the flyover capping beam and, as a domino effect, cause all the remaining five flyover guilders to fall.

“The crane operator miscalculated (the swift) and hit the flyover beam and the (eventual) fall of five guilders,” Ilupit told police.
