RA Residence is a new twin tower development coming up on Kohinoor Mills #1, 2 in Dadar East.

Fairwood is providing their project management services for the construction of the towers.

That first crane is unique. It doesn't have an operator's cabin that we usually see.

Anyone have any idea on who the developer is for this tower ?

Thanks for the snap kgnsk. The developer is some little known RA Associates and they're based out of the Mittal tower in NP. That's all that's known about them.

The developer is Kemchand Kothari Group partnership with Siroya. Apparently also Kemchand Kothari Group along with Peninsula Land have together bought Villa Nirmala at Altamount Road opposite Usha Kiran building for 300cr somewhere around in 2010 Sept.
From a local broker - got the foll. info.

Each floor has two flats in two combinations..two floors have 2 flats of 3bhk (saleable area 2850 sqft - carpet approx 1500) and one floor has 2 flats of 4bhk (saleable 3350- carpet approx 1800) with large decks to all the rooms (therefore the huge loading on carpet).

lower square block is 6 floors of commercial/retail with parking + lobby, thereafter terrace garden and then 41 habitable floors.

sale price is approx 25000 rs/sq.ft + 100 rs. floor rise + extra for parking.

Builders claim to have all approvals in hand and work has reached upto plinth level.

Considering that this builder isn't known to have done as many projects, the tie-up with peninsula is obviously to gain credibility from the peninsula brand and get better visibility by association. Good combination in my view for both

Low profile Khemchand kothari group is a 40yr+ old group. They are actually focused on south bombay and made many projects in south bombay. Recently only they are expanding their wings into different areas in bombay with huge layouts. They are also very soon going to execute a 45x3 in parel/lalbaugh area.

Hello - just stumbled upon this post, I am in the market for an investment and have been looking at bombay dyeing icc and lodha's new cuffe parade - does this project compare to those given this one has similar pricing but an unknown builder/reputation? Also anyone have any info on the track record of the group?

PS: great website and initial work by the ones who posted the pics - I might not have to visit the site office.
