Their are 3 articles about Daily News reporters taking transit. I personally feel these 3 articles are biased and chooses to highlight one demographic in acknowledged transit challenged areas. Read for yourself.

All 3 articles are backhanded complements at best. I don't get (some) people in this city sometimes. I've had to walk in snow just to get home because I fucked up and missed the last train back. I didn't sit around and blame the entire New York Transit System for my mistake! And I've not only been on trains with homeless, krazy and stinky people. Once a man pulled down his pants and started to pee wildly on a car that I quickly abandoned. And I've also fallen asleep on transit mostly because of too many drinks and rode all the way to the end, miles and miles away from where I should have gotten off. Yes, these are the complaints held within some of those links folowed up with a "but I'm trying not to jump back in my car" attitude. Wussies!! Wussies!! Wussies!! :bleep:
WTF is wrong with these people?? Do they think that they are the salt of the Earth??

Don't blame "people in this city," for The Daily News -- they're right-wing, about as conservative as NY Post if not more so

I don't know why anyone would even bother to look at what this rag is printing. Its circulaion is piss-poor; it's insignificant.

I refer to this paper as "The Woodland Hills Daily News." That's where its offices are, and that title makes it sound like the insignificant small-town rag that it is. Anyone using that paper as their primary source of news is sorely out of touch.
