of couse, it looks like Line 13 city railway in beijing. but actually this is Dalian city railway.

一号线 北河口——泉水新区 北河口—兴工街段已于2002年12月1日通车
二号线 寺儿沟—兴工街—富国街—白云新村—石葵路—棒棰岛—寺儿沟
三号线 大连火车站——金石滩 二期工程<大连火车站—金石滩>2004年9月29日二期工程正式运营

city railway, just running in downtown dalian, the same as bejing line 13 city railway,er... same thing :) and other than this way Dalian also has tramway, double decker buses and common buses in urban transport.
