Renamed to "The Union". Also according to their website the office tower will be 22 floors and the residential tower will be 20 floors.
OFFICE
The tallest project component, the 22-story office tower takes advantage of a prominent location on Field Street to claim its place in the skyline.

RESIDENTIAL
At the center of the project is an inspired, 20-floor residential building with a comfortable, just-right scale for living.

The headquarters move is expected upon completion of the 22-story office tower in 2017.
StreetLights Residential has signed a lease for 18,000 square feet in The Union's new office tower. The Union is planned to include new office, residential and retail space that will total about 800,000 square feet. It is slated to open in 2017.

As to posting photos, if they inform in any way then I find them valuable even if "nothing's changed". I've posted pics like that for a project in Montreal that had sat for years but was much anticipated. Bumping that thread paid off as the project finally started justifying everyone's faith in it. If a project is officially dead and cancelled the thread can simply be locked although I rarely do so...because the site sells and something new often revives the development.

But angry attacks and fighting only damage the community we have here and cannot be tolerated. Let's keep it civil and appreciate everyone's contributions!

Downtown law firm Akin Gump headed to new Uptown tower
Legacy legal firm Akin Gump has rented almost three floors of office space in the new Union Dallas mixed-use project under construction at Field Street and Cedar Springs road just north of downtown.
Akin Gump will move from downtown's 1700 Pacific tower to more than 68,000 square feet in the $200 million Union Dallas project's 20-story office tower.
With the latest lease the high-rise is 60 percent rented to major tenants including law firm Vinson & Elkins and accounting firm Weaver.
